They are only 4 weeks old and are fawn with black masks. As you can imagine the mother is crying out for her litter this is so cruel. Local police and crimestoppers are aware of the incident. If you are offered a cheap puppy with no kc papers or if you have any suspision what so ever please contact the police, these babies need their mum to survive.
